In connection with the commencement of the application of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and based on Articles 13 and 14 of the above regulation, we provide the required information and inform you that from 25 May 2018, you will be entitled to the following rights related to the processing of personal data by the company BAR-TRANS Dominik Barczyk.

1. The administrator of your personal data is BAR-TRANS Dominik Barczyk, operating at the address: Troks, No. 54A, 21-300 Olkusz, with the tax identification number (NIP): 6372203607.

2. Personal data will be processed for at least one of the following purposes:

a. for the purpose of executing the contract to which the person or the represented company is a party, or to take action at the request of the person to whom the data pertains before the conclusion of the contract based on Article 6(1)(b).

b. for the purposes of fulfilling legal obligations incumbent on the Administrator, based on generally applicable legal provisions, including accounting regulations, tax regulations, and related regulations based on Article 6(1)(c).

c. for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator or by a third party, consisting of acquiring new contacts for potential commercial clients to offer their own products and services, conducting marketing and advertising campaigns, possibly determining claims or defending against claims, etc.

d. for sales and marketing purposes carried out by the Administrator based on your consent to the processing of data under Article 6(1)(a).

3. Your personal data was obtained in one of the following ways:

a. by directly providing personal data, sending traditional or electronic correspondence, filling out an appropriate form on the administrator's website

b. from publicly available sources and registers such as CEIDG, KRS, REGON, NIP, PKD, company websites, online advertisements, official company information lines operating under the phone numbers provided on the Internet

c. by purchasing a commercial contact database from entities that have certified in writing and can demonstrate possession of your consent for data processing and transfer to third parties

4. Based on the specifics of the Administrator's activities aimed at serving individuals, the categories of data collected and processed will include basic personal data such as: name, surname, phone numbers, email addresses, IP addresses.

5. Your personal data will be transferred to entities providing services necessary for the execution and implementation of the contract concluded/planned to be concluded with you, such as accounting services, courier services, postal services, telecommunications service providers, hosting service providers, manufacturers and suppliers of products offered by the administrator to the extent necessary to acquire these products (e.g., software licensing, product registration, service package activation, and similar), legal, analytical, and marketing services, debt collection, contract settlement, banking services for payment processing, entities authorized to receive your personal data based on mandatory legal provisions.

6. The data administrator does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country or an international organization.

7. Your personal data will be processed only for the longest of the following periods:

a. for the time required by law, including accounting and tax regulations,

b. for up to 3 years from the last contact,

c. for the duration of the use of the solution covered by warranties and similar benefits,

d. for the duration of the concluded contract,

e. for the period necessary to pursue any claims or defend against such claims by the administrator

f. the data storage period may be extended each time for the period of limitation of claims

8. You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction, deletion, processing restriction, object to processing, as well as the right to data portability.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of Regulation 2016/679.

10. Providing personal data is required by the administrator to respond and provide information or to prepare, conclude, and execute a contract. The consequence of not providing the personal data required by the administrator is the inability to respond and provide information or the inability to prepare, conclude, and execute a contract.

11. Your personal data will not be profiled, and automated actions will only be performed by the IT systems supporting the administrator's website, email system, and automated invoicing and debt collection system.

12. The information obligation regarding the received personal data will be fulfilled by the administrator upon obtaining the personal data no later than within one month or during the first communication carried out with the person to whom the data pertains.

13. The information obligation will be fulfilled depending on the source of data acquisition and the available communication medium:

a. when receiving data from a form on the website, the obligation will be fulfilled after filling out and sending the form by redirecting to a link to this document

b. when receiving data in the form of a business card, the obligation will be fulfilled by sending an email containing a link to this document

c. upon receiving traditional correspondence, the obligation will be fulfilled by sending a response to the correspondence either in traditional form or as an email containing a link to this document

d. upon receiving email correspondence, the obligation will be fulfilled by sending an email response containing a link to this document

e. after receiving data from publicly available sources and registers, the obligation will be fulfilled after an initial meeting or conversation by sending an email containing a link to this document

f. upon receiving data by purchasing a commercial contact database, the obligation will be fulfilled by sending an email containing a link to this document

14. In case of the necessity to delete your data, all collected personal data will be deleted from carriers and registers or anonymized if deleting the data would violate the data structure. In each case, we will try to fulfill your requests. However, it may turn out that it is technically or organizationally impossible or involves an excessive effort and resources – in such a situation, we will inform you of the inability to fulfill the request and the reasons.
